Wyoming EHDI Tracking Software
for Newborn and Childhood
Hearing Screenings


The Wyoming EHDI Tracking Software Database is available to Wyoming facilities that provide early intervention services for Wyoming children.

The purpose of the EHDI Tracking Software is to ensure appropriate screening, follow-up and referral processes.


There are several useful management tools available to the service providers through the EHDI Database web application.  These tools include:

  • Child's individual EHDI birth record
  • Risk factors present at birth as they relate to late onset hearing loss
  • History of subsequent hearing screening resutls for each individual child
  • Printable reports of the child's hearing screening results
  • Monthly submission of hearing screening data to the Wyoming EHDI Program
  • "To-Do" List for managing the early intervention facility's hearing screening list

Registration / Start-up Paperwork for the Wyoming EHDI Tracking Software:
Only registered users will be able to access the EHDI Tracking Software Database.  Appropriate HIPPA paperwork must be completed and returned to the Wyoming EHDI Program as part of the registration process.  You will then be able to log in the software using a user name and password that are specific to you as a user.  Click "here" to download the necessary forms and paperwork to register for the Wyoming EHDI Tracking Software.
